The Joint Jack® is a proven solution for addressing flexion deformities of the PIP joints—one of the most common challenges in hand rehabilitation.
- Dupuytren’s contracture (including Xiaflex treatment)
- PIP joint stiffness
- Trigger finger release (stenosing tenosynovitis)
Utilizing static progressive splinting, the Joint Jack® delivers a steady, controlled force that can be precisely adjusted to meet the patient’s specific therapeutic needs.
We highly recommend having the Joint Jack® custom fitted by a licensed Physical, Occupational, or Hand Therapist.
Constructed from mild steel for optimal durability and adaptability, the splint features a screw-driven strap mechanism that allows infinite positioning along the bridge of the splint. By tightening the screw, tension is gradually increased, promoting safe and effective extension.
Available in five sizes, with the large size being most commonly used.
Made in the USA!
